DeWalt Drill Giveaway – Contest Rules

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and operated by Topline Clearys, located at The Bridge, Kilcock, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

3. How to Enter

4. Contest Period

  • The giveaway opens on 24/06/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 13/07/2025.

  • Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a DeWalt DCD805P2T Drill.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

  • The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the contest closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Collection

  • The prize must be collected in person at our store (The Bridge, Kilcock, Co. Kildare, Ireland.) or can be posted within Ireland at our discretion.

8. Data Protection

  • By entering, participants agree to their details being used for the purposes of administering this contest & future marketing campaigns.

  • Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Promoter’s Decision

  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
